Sometimes a shift in focus is all you need to feel better. Sometimes a fun new tip or interesting idea can help you find the joy in the everyday. Sometimes it just takes a moment to feel more relaxed, more confident, more inspired.

That is what Feel Better Moments are all about.

This May is Look Good Feel Better Month, and we hope you will join us in our “Feel Better” programming throughout the month. You may remember our Feel Better Sessions hosted in the past — social media “lives” on Facebook and Instagram in collaboration with our talented community of partners and friends.

And as we celebrate another Look Good Feel Better Month this May we’re thrilled to launch Feel Better Moments – short, shareable goodness from Look Good Feel Better featuring some of our favorite collaborators, volunteers and partners. It’s happening all month long on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and – now – TikTok!

Feel Better Moments represent the heart of Look Good Feel Better: a community of caring people coming together to make an impact that is larger than the sum of its parts. Together we’ve created and curated more than a dozen moments covering beauty, mindfulness, inspiration, and more and featuring familiar names and faces like Carmindy, Emme and her True Beauty Foundation, The Texas WigFairy (LGFB volunteer Daniela Hernandez Salas ), Bianca Muniz (singer, songwriter, That Girl Group co-founder, and three-time cancer survivor + advocate), Walgreens’ beauty area expert extraordinairre Christian Franklin (also a LGFB Volunteer), Tanya Cruz, a Clarins’ top trainer and LGFB volunteer, and more!
