As President of Parfums Christian Dior North America, she is committed to upholding Christian Dior’s founding commitment to “make women happier and more beautiful”, a mission which is exemplified by the remarkable work of Look Good Feel Better.
Previously holding leadership positions at Burberry and Charlotte Tilbury, at Dior, Charlotte’s dedication to cultivating a culture rooted in excellence, creativity, inclusion and shared ownership has been recognized by WWD, which named her Brand Builder of the Year in 2022 and Makeup Category Builder in 2023.

Kara Lindsay
Broadway Performer & Cancer Survivor
Kara Lindsay is a Broadway veteran who has received critical acclaim for her performances in iconic and beloved theater productions. Kara originated the role of Katherine Plumber in the premier production of Newsies on Broadway. Her powerful performance was also featured in the film version of Newsies produced by Disney & Fathom Events. Kara has made star turns as Glinda in the Broadway and national companies of Wicked, as Cynthia Weil in Beautiful, The Carole King Musical, and as Laura in the Guthrie Theater productions of Little House on the Prairie. She also served as our BeautyCares DreamBall host in 2022, welcoming the industry back to our first post-pandemic, in-person gathering.
In February 2025, Kara marked World Cancer Day by sharing the news that she had recently completed eight rounds of chemotherapy for Stage 2 Breast cancer. Kara learned of her breast cancer diagnosis and began treatment during her run as understudy for Sutton Foster in the Broadway revival of Once Upon a Mattress. She continues to share her treatment journey with the world, including her recent double mastectomy. As she’s said, “I try to find as much light as possible, even in the dark times. Sharing my story is freeing and allows me to walk forward authentically and with pride. Cancer does not define me. However, the battle is now part of the fabric of who I am.”
As the daughter of a breast cancer survivor, Kara is a passionate advocate for awareness, early detection, and the power of community support. This year, we are proud to honor her with this year’s BeautyCares DreamBall Survivor Advocate Award.

Mikayla Nogueira is a Boston Native who took social media by storm when she began uploading makeup tutorials on TikTok during the pandemic. Quitting her retail job at Ulta to pursue content creation full time, Mikayla has since unapologetically invited fans and followers alike into her day-to-day life, with a level of vulnerability only she makes relatable. Her expert artistry coupled with her unmistakable charm accented by her Boston pride, has earned her career defining moments, such as sold-out meet-and-greets and collaborations with contemporary favorites from ELF Cosmetics to Glow Recipe.
With a following amassing over 20 million, Mikayla has taken her loyal audience through her various epochs, such as marriage and expanding her family with two adorable pugs, Chouriço and Lulu. From make-up to mental health, her followers relate and empathize with her as she pulls back the curtain on being an influencer. She truly has mastered the art of making makeup accessible and fun for people of all backgrounds.

Jasmine Rice LaBeija

Jasmine Rice LaBeija is one of the most iconic and respected nightlife entertainers in New York City. A graduate of the famed Juilliard School, Jasmine is a celebrated Opera singer who has graced stages around the world. Earlier this year she left an indelible mark on season 18 of Britian’s Got Talent when she earned the coveted Golden Buzzer, becoming the first Korean-American drag artist to make the finale.
In 2024, her solo Recitals were featured at Lincoln Center and the Guggenheim Museum, and Jasmine appeared as featured performer at Carnegie Hall’s Pride month celebration. 2024 also marked her off-Broadway debut starring as Hillary Clinton in Five: The Parody Musical. In 2022 she appeared as a special guest soloist with Megan Hilty and the San Diego Symphony, conducted by Rob Fisher.
Jasmine’s story was featured in the documentary series Shade: Queens of NYC and her network show Dragged (Verizon) won the 2018 Shorty Award in Diversity & Inclusion. Melissa Gilbert
Emmy Award Winning Actress & Best Selling Author
Melissa Gilbert is an Emmy-winning, Golden Globe nominated actor, director, producer, The New York Times Best Selling author, advocate and activist.
Melissa began acting at the age of 2. By 19 she was a cultural icon, thanks in large part to her 10-year turn as Laura Ingalls Wilder on the classic Little House on the Prairie (Golden Globe Nomination). At 21, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which, she proudly notes, is just a short distance from her father’s.Melissa has since starred in more than fifty television movies and feature films including The Miracle Worker and The Diary of Anne Frank, as well as dozens of stage productions including Little House on the Prarie: The Musical. She founded the Emmy Award winning Halfpint Productions and later this year will return to television in the hit Hallmark Channel series, When Class the Heart.
Beyond the stage and screen, Melissa has penned four best-selling books, including the best-selling Prairie Tale: A Memoir. She is a two-term president of the Screen Actors Guild (2001-2004) and has served on the executive council of the AFL-CIO, the California Film Commission and, in 2016, was the democratic nominee for Michigan’s 8th congressional district. Throughout her storied career, Melissa has emphasized a lesson she learned from her television dad, Michael Landon, that no success, no career, no achievement or accomplishment is more important than loving the people you love and contributing to a community.
