- January 23 NYSCC Chairman's Charity Event in Liberty State Park, New Jersey
A special thanks to the NYSCC for their generous donation to the Look Good...Feel Better program.
- January 29 – 31 Look Good… Feel Better honoring National Sunrise Award Winners at the Legends Ball and Icons Ball in Long Beach, CA
- March Look Good…Feel Better (LGFB) and Elizabeth Arden announce 2010 partnership to raise awareness and funds for LGFB. As part of Elizabeth Arden’s 100th anniversary celebration, all proceeds from Elizabeth Arden’s Limited Edition “Red Door Red” Lipstick will benefit the global LGFB program.
- March 25 – 28 Look Good…Feel Better exhibiting at the National Hispanic Medical Association 14th Annual Congress in Washington, D.C.
- April Look Good…Feel Better and Clarisonic announce a partnership to raise awareness and funds for LGFB. For each Pink Ribbon Classic, PRO, Plus Clarisonic or Pink Mia unit sold, Clarisonic will donate a portion of the proceeds to LGFB.
- April 23 Look Good…Feel Better 2010 State Sunrise Award applications due
- April 26 – 30 Look Good…Feel Better Week Encourages Dialogue and Awareness.
Participate in the LGFB Week Facebook initiative. Participants, supporters, and volunteers share their program experiences in response to a “question of the day” posted on LGFB Facebook page at www.facebook.com/lookgoodfeelbetter.
- April 28 “Look Good…Feel Better: Helping Cancer Patients Find the ‘5-Cs’ — Confidence, Control, Courage, Community and Caring Through a Free Support Program,” a Web conference for National Cancer Center (NCI) designated cancer centers to educate and support the needs of cancer centers and health care providers. Includes information about the LGFB program, the benefits for cancer centers and their patients, and how to initiate LGFB workshops or strengthen existing programs.
- May 1 – June 12 Sexy Hair sponsors America’s Sexiest Stylist Campaign benefitting LGFB. For every submission received, Sexy Hair will donate $1 to LGFB. Please visit www.sexyhair.com to nominate who you think is America’s Sexiest Stylist. Contest ends June 12, 2010.
- May 13 – 16 Look Good… Feel Better exhibiting at the Oncology Nursing Society Annual Congress in San Diego, CA
- June 3 Revlon employees at the Oxford, N.C. manufacturing facility participate in a day of LGFB presentations and activities.
- June 4 – 8 Look Good… Feel Better exhibiting at the American Society of Clinical Oncology in Chicago, IL
- June – July Available in salons: Sexy Hair’s limited edition Spray & Play hairspray benefitting LGFB; a portion of the proceeds from every purchase of Spray & Play will be donated to LGFB through July 2010.
- August 25Charity walk for Sexy Hair employees in California will donate $1 to LGFB for each mile walked.
- September – October Sexy Hair LGFB promotion in salons nationwide will donate portion of the proceeds from special edition cans of Spray & Play, Spray & Play Harder, Root Pump and Root Pump Plus to LGFB through October 2010.
- September 16 26th Annual DreamBall at Cipriani 42nd Street benefitting LGFB and the American Cancer Society (by invitation only).
- October Month long promotion by Yves Rocher will donate $2 to LGFB for every special edition Arnica Essentiel hand cream sold online and in catalogues during the month.
