Personal Care Products Council Foundation
As executive director of the Personal Care Products Council Foundation, Louanne Roark is responsible for all aspects of the Foundation’s operations, as well as the Look Good Feel Better® program. This includes establishing strategic direction and priorities, program operations and implementation, funding and development, program marketing and brand identity, and external relations. She has more than 25 years of communications, managerial, and executive level experience with private sector, trade association, and corporate consulting organizations.
Roark joined the Personal Care Products Council Foundation in 2005 from the Washington, D.C., office of Ketchum Communications, where she served as senior vice president/group manager overseeing a multi-million dollar women’s health business. She originally joined the Personal Care Products Council Foundation in 1990, fulfilling the roles of program manager, associate director, and director, and helping to establish and significantly grow the Look Good Feel Better program nationally following its launch in 1989.
Roark received her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and communications from the University of Florida. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Cosmetic Executive Women, and the Public Relations Society of America.
